Empty nest...

I really need to get a grip-I'm not losing him...This is what we hoped for, this is why we gave him those wings.  This is hard.

    It's hard when they move out and get on with their own lives. I found that when my eldest went to University 3 years ago. I still have one at home and he'll soon be on his way. It's what I call bittersweet. Give yourself a big hug.

    Ooooh, every mother goes through this, I think. My mother STILL finds this sad, and I left 10 years ago! Time flies for sure, but you got him this far!
